Bring the Shin Ramyun brand to life in central London for locals and visitors, and plug the UK-wide SHIN TO WIN scratch-card promotion.

A six-metre Shin Ramyun cup — lit, steaming, flanked by oversized chopsticks — floated down the Thames past Tower Bridge, the London Eye and Big Ben at night.

Launched the evening of 6 October 2026 from Royal Docks, the installation sailed past the landmarks with after-dark lighting, oversized chopsticks and rising steam; its rear carried the SHIN TO WIN promotion.

No results reported yet; the stunt capped a 12-week UK push — SHIN TO WIN scratch cards in Tesco, B&M and Sainsbury's multipacks offer prizes from £10 to £5,000 through 31 October.

On the evening of 6 October 2026, Nongshim, the South Korean food company behind Shin Ramyun, launched a London brand campaign on the River Thames: an installation of a Shin Ramyun cup standing approximately six metres tall sailed along the river from Royal Docks, past Tower Bridge, the London Eye and Big Ben. At its centre was the message 'Work done. Day done. SHIN ME.' — positioning a warm, spicy bowl of Shin Ramyun as the way to unwind in your own time and space after a busy day.

The installation was built to read like a freshly prepared cup: lighting carried it after dark, oversized chopsticks and rising steam gave the impression of a piping-hot bowl of ramyun floating along the Thames. The rear of the installation highlighted SHIN TO WIN, Nongshim's nationwide UK consumer promotion.

SHIN TO WIN runs for about 12 weeks, from 10 August to 31 October 2026, with scratch cards in multipacks of Shin Ramyun, Shin Ramyun Toomba and Shin Ramyun Kimchi sold through Tesco, B&M and Sainsbury's, offering cash prizes from £10 to a £5,000 top prize. A Nongshim spokesperson called the Thames a symbolic part of London where everyday city life meets world-famous landmarks, and said the campaign introduces UK consumers to a new brand experience — ramyun as an end-of-day unwind.

The cup is the pack: enlarging the actual product and setting it on a symbolic river made the brand the landmark rather than an ad beside one.

An evening sail lit for after dark put the stunt in front of commuters and tourists at the exact 'day done' moment the message targets.

Pairing the float with the SHIN TO WIN scratch-card promotion connected a one-night spectacle to twelve weeks of retail presence.

Scale plus setting can carry a simple message: put the product itself, absurdly enlarged and lit, where a whole city's evening can't miss it.

No campaign performance figures were released. SHIN TO WIN continues in UK retail until 31 October 2026, with scratch-card prizes from £10 to £5,000 across the three Shin Ramyun variants.
