Netflix had opened its first House in Philadelphia in November 2025; Dallas is the second, with a third planned for Las Vegas in 2027 — an experiment in immersive, IRL storytelling as a repeatable format rather than a one-off stunt.

Sister agencies Salt Productions and Pinch Creative handled environmental design and production of two areas: Netflix RePlay, the retro-arcade space, and Squid Game: Survive the Trials — alongside a retail space, a themed restaurant and facsimiles of sets from shows such as Stranger Things.

Dallas follows Philadelphia's November 2025 opening, with Las Vegas slotted for 2027 — Netflix is treating real-world experience as a scalable venue format built on its existing hit IP.

Netflix House Dallas, the brand's second real-world venue, replaces the passive engagement of streaming with active participation: no algorithm, no autoplay, no second-screen scrolling — a free-to-enter, 100,000-square-foot experiment in immersive, in-person storytelling.

Inside the Texas site are a retail space, a themed restaurant, facsimiles of sets from shows such as Stranger Things, and two areas built by sister agencies Salt Productions and Pinch Creative: Netflix RePlay, a retro-arcade space, and Squid Game: Survive the Trials. The agencies' remit went beyond bringing hit IP to life — it was to test how audiences respond when content moves beyond the confines of the screen.

The point of Netflix House, as Creative Review puts it, is getting people off their sofas and into a purpose-built venue centred on communal activities. Dallas follows the first House in Philadelphia, which opened in November 2025, and a third location is planned for Las Vegas in 2027 — three Houses in sixteen months makes the format, not the stunt.

The format is repeatable by design: Philadelphia, Dallas and Las Vegas share a template that converts existing hit IP into a physical venue.

Free entry moves the experiment from ticketing to traffic — the bet is on retail, food and brand gravity, not admission.

Netflix built the space around communal participation, the one thing streaming cannot deliver.

The agencies were hired to run a test, not just a fit-out: how audiences behave when IP leaves the screen is the real deliverable.

IP exhaustion works in reverse too: when the screen is saturated, the scarcity is physical presence — Netflix turned hit shows into a venue format it can replicate city by city.

Netflix House Dallas opened as the second House in March 2026, following Philadelphia's November 2025 debut; Creative Review profiled the space on 30 March 2026 with Salt Productions and Pinch Creative credited for Netflix RePlay and Squid Game: Survive the Trials. A third House is planned for Las Vegas in 2027.
